Crowd-Pleaser Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients
- 32 Ounces Frozen Diced Hash Brown Potatoes
- 3/4 Yellow Onion diced
- 1 Can Cream of Celery Soup
- 2 Cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 12 Ounces Sour Cream
- 1 Stick Butter melted
- 3-4 Cups Crushed Potato Chips

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Mix all ingredients (except crushed chips) in a large bowl.

Place the mix into a casserole dish and press down to fill and spread it out. Bake for 45 minutes.

Evenly top the cooked potato dish with the crushed potato chips. Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
